About Csatzo
Csatzo is a small piece of software for the person at a business who asks customers how it went. The founder, the customer success or support lead, the operations manager with several sites, or the product manager who wants to know before the next release. It assumes nobody there is a researcher and that the hard part is not the asking but the answering.
Why this site exists
This site exists because the feedback market sells scores and leaves the answering to you. Every tool in it will show a number on a dashboard, and almost none of them make it easy to say, six months later, which customers were unhappy, whether anybody replied to them and whether the score moved once the thing they complained about was fixed. That gap is where the value of asking actually sits: a customer who complains and gets a real reply stays more often than one who was never asked at all. It is a record-keeping problem rather than a measurement problem, which is why this product is a record with a survey in front of it and not another dashboard.
Who it is for
A small or mid-size US business that asks its own customers: a list of a few hundred to a few thousand, one score and one follow-up question, and one person responsible for what comes back.
Not an HR buyer running employee engagement surveys, not somebody chasing public reviews, not a research department with panels, and not a compliance team doing customer due diligence.
What it does not do
- No benchmark scores: what counts as a good score in your trade is a measurement of other people's customers, and this site holds none of them
- No employee surveys: engagement, onboarding and exit surveys are a different subject with a different buyer, and pretending otherwise would make both worse
- No public review chasing: asking a customer privately and asking them to post publicly are different acts with different rules, and this site does the first
- No lead selling: an enquiry sent here is answered here, and never passed to a vendor, a broker or a lead buyer
What is on this site
1 free tools, each working its figure on the page with no account, and Csatzo Pro that keeps the record. All tools · Pricing.
What Csatzo Pro keeps
You keep the worksheet. Pro holds the responses themselves, so six months later you can say who was unhappy, whether anybody replied, and whether the score moved after you fixed the thing they complained about.
Who answers for it
Joe Ellul-Turner, Director, Ellul Solutions Ltd, who answers support and every enquiry from this site.
