The free worksheet takes one round of asking and works it through on your own figures: the size of the list, the share who answer, the split between the top and the bottom of the scale, and what a person's hour costs. Out comes the number of answers to expect, how many of them need somebody to reply, the hours that takes and what it costs across a year of asking. It is free, needs no account, and it will tell you plainly when the honest answer is that you cannot afford to ask that many people yet.

The worksheet works entirely from the figures you enter about your own customers. Csatzo publishes no benchmark scores: what a good score is in your trade is a measurement of somebody else's customers, and we hold none of those.
