The worksheet works entirely from the figures you enter about your own customers. Csatzo publishes no benchmark scores: what a good score is in your trade is a measurement of somebody else's customers, and we hold none of those.
Tools to measure customer satisfaction all do the same easy thing, which is produce a number, and they differ almost entirely in what happens next. The question is short and the scale is one of three well-worn ones; what actually decides whether asking was worth it is whether the answers stay attached to the customers who gave them, whether somebody replies to the bad ones, and whether you can tell six months later that replying changed anything. Judge a tool on that, not on its dashboard.

Pick one scale and stay on it
CSAT, NPS and CES measure different things and none of them is better in the abstract. What matters is that you keep the same one long enough for a change to mean something: switching scales resets your history and every comparison with it.
Ask at the moment, not at the month end
A survey sent because it is the end of the quarter measures memory. One asked right after the visit, the ticket or the delivery measures the thing itself, answers far better, and gives you a chance of doing something while it still matters to the customer.
Keep the answer attached to the customer
An anonymous score is a mood ring. Recorded against the customer, the round and the date, an answer can be replied to, looked up when they next get in touch, and compared with what they said last time. That is the difference this product exists to make.
Work the bottom of the scale like a list
The value of asking sits almost entirely in the unhappy answers. Somebody has to own them, reply within a day or two, and record that they did; without the record the work is invisible and nobody can say whether it helped.
Csatzo Pro
Keep the answers, not just the score
You keep the worksheet. Pro holds the responses themselves, so six months later you can say who was unhappy, whether anybody replied, and whether the score moved after you fixed the thing they complained about.
- Take the responses away as a file whenever you want them
- Send a customer a survey with nothing on it but your business
- Come back next quarter and find the last round still there
- Put your name and logo on what customers see and managers read
- Export every round, response and reply at once, so leaving is never a hostage situation
- Send the round from the record it will come back into

Tools to measure customer satisfaction: what the person sending the survey asks
Does Csatzo tell me what a good score is for my industry? No, deliberately. That figure is a measurement of other people's customers and this site holds none of them. Your own score last quarter is the only benchmark that is actually about you.
CSAT, NPS or CES? CSAT for a single interaction, NPS for the relationship, CES for how hard you made something. Pick one for the thing you are trying to change, and keep it.
Do we have to ask everybody? No, and you should not. Asking a rotating slice keeps response rates up; the free worksheet shows how many answers a given list size actually produces.
What does Csatzo Pro cost? $17 a month, flat, billed monthly and cancellable from your own account page. The worksheet stays free whether you pay or not.
