What this service is

We are the vendor: Csatzo is customer feedback software made and sold by us for the person who asks customers how it went. The free worksheet works the arithmetic from figures you supply. The paid plan keeps a record of the surveys you send and the responses that come back, with the score, the customer and what was done about it.

How we are paid

Csatzo Pro is a monthly subscription: you pay us, Ellul Solutions Ltd, the legal entity you contract with, and that name appears on your card statement and receipt. It is $17 a month, the price and the renewal are shown before checkout, it renews monthly at the same price, and it can be cancelled from your own account page at any time.

The worksheet index

The worksheet index is a list of the free worksheets on this site with the question each one answers. It is published as a CSV so you can read it without us, and it is not a directory of vendors, a ranking or an advertisement.

No warranty

Csatzo keeps the record you enter and does the arithmetic this site describes. It publishes no benchmark scores and makes no claim about what a good score is for your trade, because that would be a measurement of other people's customers. It does not tell you why a customer answered as they did; that is what the follow-up is for.
